Venetian Masquerade

On Monday, February 12th, 2024 Ballet Palm Beach’s Annual Gala was held and it featured a “Venetian Masquerade”.The memorable evening began with signature cocktails under the stars in the courtyard of theBreakers Hotel, Palm Beach.Guests proceeded tothe festive ballroom and the evening continued with a silent and live auction, a decadent dinner, live music, original performances from members of the Ballet Company and more masked merriment for all. Chaired by board members Brandie Herbst & Erin McGould, the annual fundraising gala supports Ballet PalmBeach to offset expenses of performances and free community outreach programs that reach underserved families every year. Anka Palitz served as the Gala’s honorary chair and has been a generous and tireless supporter of dancers for decades, both during and after their dance careers. In January 2020 she created the Ballet Palm Beach Anka Fund for Dancers. The fund directly supports salaries for the professional dancers of Ballet Palm Beach.
