Pebble Beach Food & Wine is making its grandiose return in just a few weeks. Taking place Thursday, April 4th through Sunday, April 7th, the event will welcome over 150 acclaimed wine and spirits producers and more than 100 distinguished chefs from across the nation. In honor of International Women’s Month, we wanted to share with you this year’s female-led culinary event at California’s premier celebration of gastronomy, fine wines, and community spirit.
This year, Pebble Beach Food & Wine attendees will have the opportunity to participate in diSHEd Lunch, an exclusive celebration of food, wine & women held on April 5th at 12PM. Hosted by culinary icons such as owner of Honeyball at PGA National, Lindsay Autry, Maty’s Valerie Chang, creator of Morph Hospitality, Maneet Chauhan, and returning this year, the legendary Elizabeth Faulkner. Guests will savor carefully crafted dishes made by the chefs and have the chance to hear firsthand about the successes and challenges these women have encountered throughout their careers.
In addition to the culinary prowess of these participating women, Enologist Amanda Gorter will provide insights into the wines poured throughout with a welcome toast and course pairings featuring the Robert Hall Winery Artisan Collection.
