The Restaurant Salvaje hosted Maya A. Jonhson on December 5, 2021, with delicious food (sushi) and signature cocktails.
Chef Fermin Azkue opened a Japanese Fusion Restaurant on the rooftop of the Hyde Hotel Midtown Miami on January 27, 2021. With locations in Spain, Panama, Columbia, and now in Midtown Miami, Salvaje serves up Japanese cuisine inspired by flavors from around the world.
