Coral Contemporary Gallery is presenting the must-see exhibition "PRIMAMORE" by Argentinian abstract expressionist Maria Chiara Baccanelli. Located in Midtown, the gallery was founded by Isabel Tassara in 2018, who brings her expertise from San Francisco and Buenos Aires to represent emerging and established artists worldwide.
Baccanelli's pieces are recognized for the powerful use of color in the shape of floral bouquets that play with fantasy. She enriches her artistic vision also with ceramic sculptures that are elegant and luminous.
ABOUT MARIA CHIARA BACCANELLI: Maria Chiara Baccanelli was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She currently lives in Buenos Aires and also in Punta del Este. Baccanelli frequently visits Europe, where she has lived for seven years. In 2013, after a brief introduction to the history of art, Baccanelli decided to focus her professional career on design. She was invited to participate in the artist residency program of Fondazione MACC Calasetta in Sardinia, Italy. As she lived on the island for two months, it was a: me of total immersion in space and nature, which was then reflected in her artwork. Some of her works were created during this: I am now part of the collection exhibited at the Contemporary Art Museum of Calasetta.
Her artistic practice is permitted by love in all its forms. Her paintings are done in oil, enamel, and oil bars on canvas.
The exhibition PRIMAMORE of abstract paintings of flowers started in March 2022 at CORAL CONTEMPORARY GALLERY with great success.
The artist has a very positive and colorful approach to life which makes her work very successful and lovable.
The price arrangement starts from $4,000 up to $7,000, and some of the paintings were sold immediately.
