It was a spectacular event at SLS. The atmosphere, the food, and the spirit of the evening were all very memorable. The guests have been enjoying themselves to the fullest!!! Dale McLean was quite a character! Charming! The producer Mark Ronson and host Dale McLean kept the audience very excited! Bravo!
A VIP-only experience at the end of the evening of Taste of SLS at SLS South Beach, Mark Ronson headlined the event on November 11th with a special DJ set presented by Chase Sapphire. Taste of Fi'lia (daughter in Italian) that followed on November 12.
The special moment took place when Katsuya Uechi, chef and founder of Katsuya, and his assistant chef cut the giant tuna with a massive knife!
Taste of SLS South Beach was home to culinary collaborators Katsuya Uechi, Darrio Cecchini of Carna, Bernard Lottin of Cleo, Black River Caviar, and The Bazaar by Jose Andres.
