The presence of world-renowned chefs and entertainment personalities at the 7th Annual Spring Benefit of Spoons Across America made the event a grand success. The event was co-chaired by Katherine Boulud, Vice President of Spoons Across America and Jeff Bank, President of Spoons Across America and board member Lauren Amanda Adler. The event was attended by culinary legends such as Martha Stewart, Daniel Boulud, Eric Ripert, and Andrew Zimmern as well as entertainment personalities such as Jason Biggs, and Jenny Mollen.

The benefit celebrated the achievements of three inspirational women who are making a significant impact in the field of food and nutrition. Lauren Bush Lauren, the Founder, and CEO of FEED, has been working tirelessly to fight hunger and provide meals to children in need. Dr. Manasa Mantravadi, CEO and Founder of Ahimsa is leading a movement to create sustainable, plastic-free stainless steel mealtime kits. Kate Mackenzie, Executive Director of New York City's Mayor's Office of Food Policy, is working towards making healthy and nutritious food accessible to all New Yorkers.

The benefit was a celebration of the contributions of these women and to draw attention to Spoons Across America’s pioneering nutrition-based educational programs that encourage children to become Food Explorers for life.
