All our restaurants offer the essence of a certain Brenners’ lifestyle, at one with nature; which means high-class settings, fine cuisine and enchanting views over the park. Executive Chef Mario Corti, an experienced leader with a fine sense for outstanding cuisine, is responsible for all kitchens at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa. Mario Corti’s modern interpretation of French cuisine is characterized by regional and Mediterranean influences. He draws inspiration from the best seasonal products and the treasures of Mother Nature.

Fritz & Felix - Casual fine dining with sustainable, cosmopolitan cuisine in a relaxed, urban-style atmosphere. Open Daily 6.00pm to 1.00am, kitchen until 10.30pm

Wintergarten - The airy Wintergarten Restaurant serves light contemporary cuisine with a Mediterranean touch with a lovely view into the private park. Open Daily from 12.00 noon to 10.00pm, kitchen until 9.30pm

Rive Gauche Brasserie - Original French brasserie cuisine. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 12.00pm/ noon to 10.00pm, kitchen until 10.00pm

Wellness and Medicine

The House of Wellbeing in the historic Villa Stéphanie adjacent to Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, offers an integrated approach to health and wellbeing, focusing on four distinct areas combining beauty, detox and nutrition, emotional balance and medical care.

Covering an area of 5000 square meters, an entire house has been dedicated to the world of spa. Stretching over five floors, it comprises a 500 square meters sauna, plunge pool, private gym, and a ladies' sauna. Inspiringly designed treatment rooms overlook the gardens.

Good nutrition is another priority. Guests can eat to reboot their systems and really feel able to improve their wellbeing in one of Europe’s most beautiful and tranquil areas with the support of a highly professional expert team.
