Discover Our History!
Can’ Eduardo is located on the seafront, close to the fishing port, with unbeatable views of the Cathedral and the bay of Palma.
Our specialty is fresh fish and shellfish.
Established in 1943 by Antonio Carrasco, Can’ Eduardo is one of the oldest restaurants in Palma. It enjoys a unique waterfront location giving it access to the freshest fish on Mallorca as well as some of the best views on the island, the Bay of Palma, and the stunning Palma Cathedral.
Dublin-born Johnny Moloney renowned chef/owner arrived in Mallorca at the turn of the Millennium bringing with him a wealth of experience from country house hotels in Ireland and restaurant kitchens along the eastern seaboard of America. After nine wonderful years in the kitchen of the Arabella Sheraton, he decided to move to become Head Chef at Can Eduardo.
