Homemade tortellini filled with courgette, fresh dill & local white prawns.

Fillet of Corvina fish with smoked aubergine, basil chlorophyll & achiote sauce.

Local suckling pig “porc Negre” with celeriac puree, broad beans & green anise sauce.

White chocolate & cream cheese mousse with mango sorbet & fresh strawberry-lemon verbena soup.
