The Legend lives on!

“MA” as in Maria Callas and “ONA” as in Aristotle Onassis, the two figures who gave their names to the original Maona when it was created in 1962. Located in the Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel.

The new party venue, created by Societe de Bains de Mer recaptures the nightlife for the Cote d’ Azur which was famous in the 60s and 70s.

Decades ago, the Maona was home to Jerry Lewis, Josephine Baker, and Charles Aznavour.

About the cuisine: The Chef Vincenzo Giordano is best known for his lobster risotto, minute pasta recipe which he only knows the secret to it, and many other delicious attractive dishes.

The restaurant recently closed from the 1st of October, 2023 and will be back in 2024 for the upcoming Tourist Season.
