Marc Fosh Restaurant, Mallorca, Spain
The leading British chef in Spain, Marc Fosh, who has based in Majorca for 25 years now, has maintained his Michelin Star for the tenth consecutive year.
He won his first Michelin Star in Majorca over 20 years while working at Reading’s hotel in Santa Maria. “I am very happy and extremely proud of the excellent team I have” Marc said.
The menus in the restaurant are based on a simple philosophy: food tastes best when it’s made from local, seasonal ingredients, some of them grown on their own farm. The special menu included some amazing dishes such as: Aubergine ravioli with red almond pesto, fillet of local corvina fish with broccoli puree, smoked eel and roasted fish bone, and yellow Gazpacho with marinated salmon, avocado and mango.
Fosh Farm is set in the beautiful location of Finca Son Mir, where the rhythms of the seasons are at their most apparent. Their Mediterranean, culinary garden, surrounded by red earth and olive trees, grows unique, seasonally appropriate crops using organic and sustainable techniques.
