Iconic Beachfront Luxury Hotel – Delano Miami Beach
In 1947, Delano opened its doors, a standout among the iconic hotels that defined the rebirth of Miami and established its legend as the Gold Coast.
Delano Miami Beach Hotel, one of the city’s most recognizable Art Deco landmarks, is reopening in late March after a major overhaul. The Delano Residences and Hotels Miami mark a brand-new expression of its celebrated heritage.
@madonna, originally a part owner of the Delano South Beach’s Blue Door restaurant, famously celebrated her 37th birthday there with a party attended by @donatella_versace.
Known for its all-white rooms designed by Philippe Starck and its palm tree-lined pool, the hotel was a magnet for celebrities, including @georgegcclooney, @beyonce, and @lennykravitz, who designed the basement bar and lounge – the Florida Room (opened in 2007).
Hotel Delano is a luxury lifestyle brand under Ennismore/Accor, expanding its iconic Miami vibe across Europe. The brand has grown with Maison Delano Paris (56 rooms) and the upcoming Delano London (late 2026, 67 rooms).
Future projects are planned for Italy (Puglia) and Istanbul, with a strong focus on high-end luxury expansion.
